Within the cosmic duo, bold shades of blue waft throughout against a mixture of 14k gold and oxidized silver. Although they are delicate pairs, each of these earrings possesses the infinite shades of blue seen in the Leoncino galaxy.

While opals have garnered a superstitious reputation in more recent history, they were considered one of the luckiest gemstones from the Aztecs to ancient Roman scholars. It’s said that their opalescence inspired the ancient Greeks to believe opals offered foresight and clarity. A storied gemstone, there is no doubting the magic and beauty of these ethereal gems.

Care: All opals are fragile like glass: be extra careful to avoid abrasive surfaces, and avoid knocking your opal against hard surfaces. Extreme temperature shifts can cause cracks. To keep your opal clean, use warm water with mild soap and a soft toothbrush or cloth. Do not use a steam cleaner or ultrasonic cleaner.
Healing Properties:
White precious opal is an amplifier and is said to intensify emotions and purify the self. Opals were sometimes called “The Eye Stone.”
